Page rank is very important tool and if you want to earn good revenue from your website it must have a good page rank. The amount you earn by selling text links on your website either directly or indirectly depends on your page rank. If you want to have a good page rank you must have large number of sites linking back to your website. Everyone keeps on wondering how to increase the page rank effectively and quickly. Page rank is one of the important parameters in consideration when you are offered to review a certain product, number of RSS subscribers and Alexa ranking being the other.
From my past experience I can tell you that you need to make friendship with lot of bloggers especially the ones belonging to your niche. There are number of good blogs that don't do justice with their potential. At the end of the day your online success is measured by the amount of money you make from your blog and the number of sites that link to you. So here is a chance for every single one of you who wants their blog to be a top blog in their niche.
I am not doing anything new but just repeating the steps that other bloggers took in order to make their blog successful. I invite everyone who wants to increase exposure to their blog and page rank to submit a link in the comments section of this post. Further steps of action in order to achieve a good page rank will be explained later. Remember you do not have to do any work, all the work would be done by me to help improve your page rank.

PageRank was originally developed by Google back before Google was the top search engine. The algorithm has a lot more involved than simply finding a lot of links to a site across the internet.
Granted the more links you have to your site the better, but Google also rates the quality of those links. So if you have a site about apples don't be surprised if a 100 sites about oranges link to your site and the page rank does not change.
Plus you can't just sit still and expect to maintain your page rank once you get it. My site once held a page rank of 4. Then as I stopped doing regular updates my page rank dropped to zero.

Ben Even if you stop updating your website, your page rank should and must not drop alarmingly as in your case. I have seen a website which has not been updated since May 2007 yet has a Page Rank of 5.
